What we recommend...
We like ClaroPDF or PDF Expert for accessing Digital Question Papers because:
- they are both free
- they have text-to-speech for reading the questions
- you can type into answer boxes
- they have good annotation and drawing tools.
Books is an option particularly for reading question-only papers, but it's difficult to edit text in answer boxes unless you have a mouse.
